Although shimmer eyeshadow has been around for a long time it lost it’s popularity because it just didn’t have staying power. The smoky eye look blended with a shimmery metal finish is another popular choice. Go with a metallic green, or any other vibrant color. Pick a well matched shimmer pencil, smudge and then apply metallic eyeshadow over top.
